Welcome to PTP Digital Products. By using our website, services, or training sessions, you agree to follow the terms listed below. These terms apply to all clients, learners, and visitors who engage with our services.

Nature of Our Services

PTP Digital Products is a professional digital agency and training provider. Our offerings include WordPress design, local SEO, website duplication, paid marketing services, and freelancing courses. We do not sell themes, plugins, or channel memberships.

Payment Policy

  • All projects require a 50% upfront payment before work begins.

  • The remaining balance (50%) is due once the project has been completed and delivered.

  • Payment arrangements are discussed and confirmed with the client before the project starts.

Refund Policy

Refunds are limited and only apply under certain conditions:

  • If PTP Digital Products cannot deliver the agreed scope of work.

  • If a project is mutually canceled before substantial progress is made (less than 30%).

  • No refunds will be issued once a project is finalized or once training has started.

Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide all original content, logos, images, and branding material necessary for their project.

  • We do not supply hosting or domains, but we may recommend trusted providers.

Privacy & Confidentiality

We value client privacy. All project files, client information, and communications remain confidential. Your data will not be sold, shared, or used outside the scope of your project.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

Full ownership of the completed work transfers to the client once final payment is received. PTP Digital Products does not reuse or resell your project assets.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for issues outside our control, including:

  • Hosting/server downtime

  • Third-party plugin or theme conflicts

  • Search engine ranking changes due to algorithm updates or lack of continued SEO efforts

Project Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue a project if:

  • A client becomes unresponsive for more than 7 days

  • Payments are delayed without justification

  • The client engages in abusive or disrespectful conduct

In such cases, the advance payment will be retained as compensation for time and resources spent.

Updates to Terms

PTP Digital Products may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms become effective immediately upon posting. Clients are encouraged to review this page periodically.
